21-001-275 2162 Sq. Feet
Main Floor Plan
Rear Elevation
House Plan Notes:

This compact fifty foot wide house with a picturesque curb side presence in the shingle/bungalow style avoids having the garage overwhelming the character of the house. The open planning of the floor plan makes for a wonderful entertaining center around the kitchen snack bar, and a door in the angle bay provides easy access to the patio. The office/den is a room with a multitude of uses. The second floor has a master bath with all the amenities demanded these days; a room for the commode and shower, a double bowl sink, a garden tub, and a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath.
