House Plan Notes:
This a fine example of Greek revival architecture and begs to be visited! The welcoming entry has two guest closets. Left of this is a convenient study and beyond that is the living room. Attached to the living room is a sunny and airy sunroom. To the right of the entry is a formal dining room, convenient to the generous kitchen and informal dining space. A pantry, half bath and laundry off the kitchen completes the first floor. The L shaped stair takes us to the second floor bedrooms. The master bedroom has a nine foot ceiling and a king sized master bath and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath.
